Rules For Entry

1. Photos must showcase Greater Lafayette and may feature local events, landmarks, landscapes, etc.
    

2. Photos should be submitted in JPEG or PNG formats. Other standard formats can be accepted.
    

3. If your photo is chosen to be highlighted in the next calendar, you will be contacted for the highest resolution you can provide. For best results, we ask that your photo is capable of being printed at 9x12 with 300dpi (at least 9 megapixels). If you don't have that resolution, we can work with lower resolutions.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting your photograph, you confirm that you are the owner of the image and that it is your original work.

Your submission grants Franciscan Health and Dearing Group a perpetual, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish and display your photograph in connection with the Franciscan Health Community Calendar and related promotional materials, including future calendar editions, websites and digital platforms, without compensation.

You understand and agree that submitted photographs may be selected for publication in the year they are submitted or in future calendar editions. If selected, your photograph may also be made available for public viewing and download through Franciscan Health's calendar website.

Franciscan Health and Dearing Group reserve the right to reject or disqualify any photograph deemed inappropriate or offensive. Photographers whose images are selected for publication will be notified prior to publication and will receive photo credit within the calendar whenever reasonably practicable.
